At Telunas Private Island what is the bedding?
The master bedroom offers a king size bed and there are two twin beds in the children’s loft.
Are baby cots (cribs) available?

Is there a refrigerator in the villa?
There is no refrigerator in the villas however we can store your drinks in Telunas’ refrigerator in our restaurant.
What is our maximum occupancy?
The maximum occupancy in a villa is 5 people. Overwater Villas comes with a king-size bed on the main floor and two twin beds on the loft. It can accommodate up to 5 people. We can provide an extra mattress for the floor. Room rate is for two adults only, extra person charges apply. Children 4 years and younger stay for free. 5-17 year olds are charged a per person children’s rate.
What is the check-in/check-out time?
Check-in time is 2PM and check-out time is 9AM .
Can I drive my own boat there?
Yes. You can drive your own boat to Telunas. There is a charge of 1.000.000++ IDR / boat/ night for the anchoring fee.
Where does the boat depart from in Batam?
The Telunas boat departs from Sekupang Local Terminal. It leaves at 11am. Guests should be ready for departure by 10:45am. Once you arrive at the Local Terminal, walk through the restaurant area and out to the boat docks. (A stop at the restroom is a good idea before you board). You'll see Telunas Resorts uniformed staff members who will direct you to our boat.
How long is the boat ride to Telunas?
The boat ride to Telunas is about 90 minutes.
Can you pick me up in Moro?
Yes, we can pick you up in Moro. There will be an extra charge of Rp 200.000++/adult and Rp 100.000++/child for the transportation to/from Telunas.
Do I need a PCR test to go to Telunas?
Currently (as of July 17, 2021) you do not need a PCR test to visit Telunas Resorts.
Can I bring my own food/cooking utensils?
Cooking at the resort or in villas is strictly prohibited. For pest/animal control and the potential fire hazard, equipment brought to cook food is not allowed at Telunas Resorts. No rice cookers, stoves, kettles, water heaters, or any other cooking equipment is allowed.
Do I need to bring water with me?
At Telunas Private Island each guest room has a water dispenser with filtered hot or cold water. Bring your favorite water bottle and fill it up every day.

Can you manage dietary concerns?
We’re pleased to be able accommodate many dietary concerns at both of our properties, including those requiring gluten free, vegetarian, and other special diets. Our kitchen staff also meet all halal requirements. Please mention your dietary needs in the booking notes of your reservation and our Reservations staff will follow-up with you.
What facilities are available at Telunas?

Each villa is equipped with one living room, one master bedroom with a private balcony, one bathroom and two additional beds in the children’s loft. There is a water dispenser complete with tea, coffee or hot chocolate. In addition, Telunas Private Island also has one restaurant, a poolside bar, Kids Club, Meeting Room, Swimming Pool, and an Overwater Spa.
What activities are available?
For those who are adventurous, you can take a kayak or stand up paddle board and go around Telunas Island. You can also jump from the jetty, swim on the beach or kayak to Telunas Beach Resort. For those who like to relax, enjoy swimming in the pool, relaxing on the beach while enjoying a cold drink from our poolside bar. You can also enjoy jogging around the island, playing ping pong or games. We have yoga mats available too.
Is there Wifi?
Telunas Resorts intentionally does not offer Wi-Fi at either location. One of our unique distinctives is that we work hard to provide our Guests with peaceful refuge from the fast pace of life. Most Guests who need to be connected on-line use their own personal phone internet plans as needed.
