Adults-only couples retreat. Five private villas on the ridge overlooking the sea. Each villa has an oversized air-conditioned master bedroom, a private plunge pool, and breakfast served in your outdoor lounge area.
If you are coming from Singapore, the Ridge Villas offer a private-pool stay on Telunas Private Island, in Indonesia's Riau Archipelago. You travel via Batam, where the Telunas team meets you for the onward boat. Allow about 2.5 hours for the whole coordinated journey. Each villa is adults-only, for up to two guests aged 18 and over, and stays are a minimum of two nights. The island's common areas are shared with families staying in the Overwater Villas.

More about the private pool and what a stay in a Ridge Villa actually looks like.
Each of the five Ridge Villas has its own plunge pool. It is not shared with other guests, and it is not tucked out of the way: the pool sits right off your outdoor living area, on the ridge, looking out over the sea.
Breakfast is served there each morning, with the sea spread out below, before the day gets going. Evenings tend to end the same way, with the pool lit and the villa quiet. That is the shape of a stay in a Ridge Villa: two people, a private pool, and very little else asking for your attention.
The bedroom is air-conditioned and faces the sea, with a king bed. Next to it, an oversized en-suite garden bathroom has both an indoor and an outdoor shower. Outside, a spacious outdoor living area opens toward the pool, with ceiling fans overhead.
Locally roasted specialty coffee, tea and hot chocolate are complimentary in the villa, along with a hot and cold water dispenser. Bath amenities include after-tanning and massage oils, a small detail for two people planning to spend most of the day doing very little. The choice is yours: quiet days spent in your villa and private plunge pool, or a more adventurous day built around the many included activities, with the villa to come back to at the end of each day.
Reaching the villas takes a moderate level of fitness: the walk up to the ridge is about 5 to 10 minutes.

The rate shown above (from USD 323*(IDR 5,875,000)per night for 2 adults) covers the villa itself. A meal plan is required and billed separately, at a current rate of USD 67*(IDR 1,215,000)per adult, per day. The transfer between Singapore and the island is also billed separately and confirmed at booking.
Scheduled island activities are included at no extra charge, from kayaking, paddleboarding and island hopping to village tours, pottery and jungle waterfall hikes. What runs on a given day follows the resort's activity schedule. Ridge Villas guests also get complimentary access to the scheduled activities at Telunas Beach Resort. Requests outside the schedule may carry a charge. Some experiences are also paid separately, such as massage treatments, the fishing boat adventure and specialty dining like a candlelight dinner.
