Dates
A preferred date plus one alternate, in case your first choice is unavailable.
Headcount and rooming
Total participants, and whether you expect mostly single, double, triple, or quad occupancy.
Desired outcome
What kind of gathering this is - leadership offsite, team retreat, island buyout, or something else - plus what your team should leave with, such as agreed priorities, a completed program, or simply time reconnecting. These are planning inputs for us, not outcome guarantees.
Meeting requirements
Setup style (U-shape, theater, classroom) and expected numbers. Check the full capacity table for each room before you request a quote.
Property and activities
Private Island, Beach Resort, both, or not sure yet - plus which activities matter most (team building, workshop time, water activities, or cultural visits).
Dietary needs
Vegetarian, allergies, child meals, or other meal notes. Our kitchens serve halal food only.
