On the main screen of the All Indonesia App, choose "Foreign Visitor".

Mode of Transportation and Address In Indonesia Pt 1

Select your place of arrival, type of vessel and vessel name. Select "SEA" as your mode of transport. Select "HOLIDAY/SIGHTSEEING/LEISURE" as your Purpose of Travel. Select "SKP – SEKUPANG PORT" as your Place of Arrival. Select "FERRY" as your Type of Vessel. Set your VESSEL NAME to SINDO FERRY (the recommended 10am Harbourfront → Sekupang departure).

Address In Indonesia Pt 2

Select "HOTEL" as Residence Type. Select "OTHERS" as Name of Hotel and write "TELUNAS RESORTS" in the next box. Select "KAB. KARIMUN" as the City of Hotel. Select "KANTOR IMIGRASI KELAS II TPI TANJUNG BALAI KARIMUN" as your Nearest Immigration Office.

Health Declaration

On the Declaration Tab, declare any health symptoms and your country of origin, transit, or any country you have visited within 21 days before departure to Indonesia.

When and Where It Applies

Implementation Timeline

Starting September 1, 2025, the All Indonesia application is mandatory at three main international airports — Soekarno-Hatta, I Gusti Ngurah Rai, and Juanda — as well as at six international passenger ports in Batam: Batam Centre, Nongsa, Marina, Sekupang, Citra Tri Tunas (Harbour Bay), and Bengkong.

The application is also trialed at all airports, seaports, and border checkpoints on the same date. From October 1, 2025 onwards, All Indonesia becomes mandatory for every international passenger entering Indonesia.

Telunas guests arriving via Sekupang Port: the All Indonesia declaration is a required step before arrival. Please complete yours in advance.
