How to Use the All Indonesia App (Foreign Visitors)

On Declaration Tab, declare any health symptoms and your country of origin, transit or that you have visited within 21 days before departure to indonesia.

What is All Indonesia?
All Indonesia is the official application of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia that integrates immigration, health, quarantine, and customs declaration services into a single digital platform, available for download via Playstore, App Store, and the official website.
Why Was All Indonesia Created?
All Indonesia was launched to support the digital transformation of public services, especially to make the arrival and departure declaration process for international passengers faster, safer, and more efficient.
What is The Main Purpose of All Indonesia?
This app is part of the digital transformation of public services, creating faster, smarter, safer, and more humane immigration services to meet the needs of modern society.
Is the App Free?
Yes. All Indonesia is free to download and use. Filling the declaration is also free of charge.
Is the App Safe to Use?
Yes. It uses layered security and high-level encryption, ensuring your personal data is safe and protected.
When can I fill out the All Indonesia declaration?
The All Indonesia Declaration can be completed from three days before arrival (D-3) until the day of arrival in Indonesia. However, to ensure data is processed properly before airport inspection, it is recommended to complete it before boarding the flight.
Is it sufficient to complete All Indonesia before boarding?
Yes. However, passengers are strongly encouraged to show proof of completion (QR code) to the check-in staff to ensure a smooth arrival process in Indonesia.
How long does it take for the All Indonesia data to be connected to the system?
Data is transmitted in real-time to the systems of immigration, quarantine, health, and customs after submission. However, passengers are strongly advised to complete the declaration before boarding to ensure smooth inspection upon arrival.
If I Transit in Indonesia, Do I Need to Fill in All Indonesia?
If you are in transit or have a connecting flight, fill in All Indonesia at your final destination in Indonesia, not at the transit airport.

Can the lead traveler’s passport be used when adding additional travelers in a group?
For group submission, each traveler must enter their individual passport details. Passport scanning must be done using each person’s actual passport, not the lead traveler’s.
Does Each Group Member Need to Show Their Own QR Code?
No. For group declarations, only the lead traveler’s QR code needs to be shown to officers during inspection.
What if I' m traveling in a group or family?
If you submit a group declaration (more than one person), it’s recommended to staytogether until the CIQ (Customs, Immigration, Quarantine) inspection process is completed.

What happens if a passenger has not completed the form before boarding or upon arrival?
They will still be allowed to enter Indonesia. However, they must complete the All Indonesia declaration upon arrival, which may cause delays during CIQ (Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine) inspection due to data processing time.
Do I Still Need to Fill Other Forms, Like Manual Forms or Electronic Customs Declaration (ECD) at the Airport?
No. By completing the declaration digitally via All Indonesia, you no longer need to fill in physical forms at the airport.
How to Declare on the Day of Arrival (H)?
You can fill in the declaration upon arrival at the airport by scanning a QR code and using the available Wi-Fi.
Are foreign crew members required to fill in the visa section when completing the All Indonesia declaration?
Not mandatory. Foreign crew members can select the “No Visa” option when filling out the visa form on the All Indonesia application. Further processing will be handled manually by immigration officers upon arrival.
What if I experience problems while using the application?
If you encounter any problems, you can:

Starting September 1, 2025, the All Indonesia application will be mandatory at three main international airports -Soekarno-Hatta, I Gusti Ngurah Rai, and Juanda—as well as at six international passenger ports in Batam, namely Batam Centre, Nongsa, Marina, Sekupang, Citra Tri Tunas (Harbour Bay), and Bengkong.
