Traveling from Singapore?
From Singapore, you'll take the ferry from Harbourfront Centre Ferry Terminal to Sekupang Ferry Terminal. It is approximately a one-hour ferry ride. Once in Batam, our team will take care of everything - escorting you all the way to the resort.

Your Journey to Telunas

Book Your Ferry
From Singapore, take the Sindo Ferry from Harbourfront Centre Ferry Terminal to Sekupang Ferry Terminal. Book the 10:00am Sindo Ferry departure - most guests arrive at Sekupang around 10:00-10:10am Batam time. We recommend Sindo Ferry for the 10am slot.

Arrive at Sekupang, Batam
Our staff (wearing blue Telunas polo shirts) will be waiting for you at Sekupang. They will guide you from international arrivals to domestic departures, a short 5-minute walk plus about 20 minutes of domestic terminal transit, then travel with you on the onward ferry to Telunas.

Boat to Telunas
After the domestic terminal transit, the scenic boat ride from Sekupang to Telunas takes approximately 60 minutes through the Riau Archipelago.

Arrive at Telunas - Lunch Awaits
Upon arrival at Telunas, lunch will be served. Check-in time is 2:00pm, giving you time to settle in and begin your island escape.

Early Departure
Leave Telunas at 8:15am on local ferry to Sekupang.
Sekupang to Singapore ferry departs 11:20am.
Normal Departure
Leave Telunas at 1:15pm on local ferry to Sekupang.
Sekupang to Singapore ferry departs 3:20pm.

From Jakarta
Fly to Batam, Hang Nadim Airport (BTH). Allow ample time to collect your luggage, then take a taxi to Sekupang Domestic Ferry Terminal - approximately 45 minutes and IDR 150,000. You should plan to arrive on a flight no later than 8:45am. Our staff will meet you at Sekupang.
From Batam
Your trip begins at the Sekupang Domestic Ferry Terminal. Our staff (wearing blue Telunas polo shirts) will guide you from international arrivals to domestic departures, a short 5-minute walk plus about 20 minutes of domestic terminal transit, then travel with you on the onward ferry to Telunas. Please arrive at Sekupang Ferry Terminal by no later than 10:30am.
