Traveling from Singapore?

(Updated May 2023)

From Singapore, you’ll take the ferry from Harbourfront Center Ferry Terminal to Sekupang Ferry Terminal. It is approximately an hour ferry ride.

Book your BatamFast international ferry, with the following details:

  • From Singapore: 11.10am ferry departure from Harbourfront Center (Singapore) to Sekupang (Batam). Most guests will arrive into Sekupang around 11:10 to 11:20am Batam time.
  • Return to Singapore:
    • Early Departure – 11:20am ferry departure from Sekupang (Batam) to Harbourfront Center (Singapore).
    • Normal Departure – 05:30pm ferry departure from Sekupang (batam) to Harbourfront Center.

Upon Arrival in Batam

  • Upon your arrival at Sekupang, our staff (wearing blue Telunas Polo shirts) will escort you from the international terminal to the domestic terminal and accompany you on either a chartered boat or a local ferry departing at 12:30 pm on your journey to Telunas.
  • Lunch will be served upon arrival at Telunas.

Departure from Telunas

Early Departure

  • Our staff will escort you in the morning on a local ferry from Telunas at 8:30 am to Sekupang, and then your quick transfer from Sekupang Domestic Ferry Terminal to Sekupang International Ferry Terminal.

Normal Departure (Not available on Fridays)

  • Our staff will escort you at 2:45pm to Sekupang on either a local ferry leaving from a town near Telunas or a chartered boat from Telunas, and then your quick transfer from Sekupang Domestic Ferry Terminal to Sekupang International Ferry Terminal. Check-out time at 11am.

Traveling from Jakarta?

Fly to Batam, Hang Nadim Airport (BTH). Once you land, allow ample time to get your luggage. You can take a taxi to Sekupang Domestic Ferry Terminal.

It is generally about a 45-minute taxi ride from the airport to the Ferry Terminal and costs approximately IDR 150k.

Upon your arrival at Sekupang, our staff (wearing blue Telunas Polo shirts) will accompany you on either a chartered boat or a local ferry departing at 12.30 pm on your journey to Telunas.

Your trip begins at the Sekupang Domestic Ferry Terminal. Upon your arrival at Sekupang, our staff (wearing blue Telunas Polo shirts) will accompany you on either a chartered boat or a local ferry departing at 12.30 pm on your journey to Telunas.
